2008 Winner
Congratulations to Frankie Dunn for her winning entry and beautiful daffodil painting! It will be printed on the official 2009 Daffodil Festival poster and T-Shirts and then will be auctioned off at the 2009 festival.
For the fifth year there will be a competition for the best daffodil painting. The winning artist will receive an award of $200.00 and the chosen work will become the property of the Festival. It will be printed on the official 2010 Daffodil Festival poster and T-Shirts and then will be auctioned off at the 2010 festival. All work entered must be original. Judging will be at Farmers Bank & Trust downtown Camden, Tuesday, February 25th. You may deliver one painting per artist from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to the bank on that date. The judge will be Rhonda Hicks, an accomplished artist from El Dorado,AR and owner of Backwoods Gallery.
Daffodil paintings will hang in the lobby of Farmers Bank & Trust until the Festival opens on Friday and then will be taken to the Christian Life Center, First United Methodist Church to be displayed at the Art Show and Sale.
